Whole Genome Sequencing Services

The Institute invites Single Cover Tenders for the following items through the eProcuremet System of National Informatics Centre that enables the tenderers to download the tender scheducle free of cost and then submit the bids online through Central Public Procurement Portal of Govt. of India (https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app)

1. Wole genome sequencing of 49 yeast samples (12 Mb genome) with average 90 GB data
2. Sequencing platform : Illumina
3. Prices must be quoted separately for library cost per sample and sequencing lane cost for ~90Gb data
4. Amount of genomic DNA to be providedfor the sequencing
5. Data delivery time
6. All applicable taxes and payment schedule must be included
