Tenders for disposal of used packing materials

Sealed Tenders are invited for disposal of used packing materials including imported wooden boxes, planks, boards etc on “as is where is basis”. They are lying in the corridors and staircases of various floors of the Computer Science Building.

Date and time of inspection: 10 am to 1 pm on 10 on 02.11.2011

1. Due date & time for receipt of tenders: 3.00 pm on 03.11.2011
2. Date and time of opening tenders: 4.00 pm on 03.11.2011
3. Date of award letter: 05.11.2011
4. Removal of material from IISER : 10 am to 3.00 pm on 05.11.2011
5. Tender shall be accompanied by : EMD of 5% of the quoted amount

The EMD shall be by way of demand draft drawn in favour of IISER, Thiruvananthapuram. The EMD of the top three highest bidders shall be retained and rest of the EMD shall be returned soon after opening the tender. The EMD of the top three highest bidders shall be returned only after removal of the material from IISER Transit Centre at CET.

Interested parties may send their quotations in sealed tenders to Assistant Registrar, Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Computer Science Building, CET Campus, Engineering College P.O. Thiruvananthapuram – 695019 so as to reach here on or before 3.00 pm of 3^rd November 2011.
