Two posts of Junior Research Fellow/Senior Research Fellow in Organic chemistry

Applications with complete biodata including phone number, email and postal address along with scanned copies of educational/professional qualifications etc are invited from Indian nationals for temporary posts of JRF/SRF for a DST funded project. The research experience claim should be supported with experience certificate from previous employer. The initial appointment will be for an year but may be extendable up to the tenure of the project based on the satisfactory performance. Eligibility:

1. For JRF: MSc in Chemistry with 55% marks and JRF/LS of CSIR-UGC or GATE with a valid score
2. For SRF: Qualification prescribed for JRF plus two years of research experience in synthetic organic chemistry

Age: The upper age limit for JRF and SRF shall be 28 and 32 years respectively on the day of application. A relaxation of 5 years is applicable to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC and women candidates.

Stipend: The salary will be as per DST norms. Currently for JRF it is 25,000+20% HRA and SRF it is 28,000+20% HRA
