Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Thiruvananthapuram is a premier autonomous Institution established by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, for promotion of high quality science education and research in the country. The Institute invites applications for the following project positions on contract basis:

Name of Project	Development of Novel metal oxide-graphene based nanocomposite materials for Microsensors and Nanoelectronics device Applications.
Funding agency	DST, GoI
Minimum Educational qualification	MSc in Physics with 60% Marks + minimum 3 years Research Experience in nanomaterial research.
Preference	Theoretical modelling of electrical transport properties of metal or semiconducting systems. Research experience in the area of scanning probe microscopy (experimental). Research publications in related area. Qualified in any National level Examination.

Fellowship amount	INR 30,000 (consolidated)
Age	32 years (with 35 years relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Womenand Physically disabled as per government norms)
