Recruitment of Lab Assistants (on contract)

A written test will be conducted on 02/08/2017 to prepare a panel of prospective candidates to be considered for the temporary vacancies arising for Lab Assistants in the School of Chemistry at this Institute for the forthcoming academic year 2017-18.

Educational Qualification : Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) with minimum 60% marks or CGPA 6.0 (in 10 point scale).

Experience (Desirable) : One year laboratory experience in Academic/Research/similar Institutions.

Job Profile : Assisting the MS students in Chemistry labs, day-to-day maintenance of laboratory equipment, organizing lab essentials etc

Terms of employment

1. The positions are purely temporary for a period of one semester which may further extended based on Institute’s requirement.
2. Remuneration: Rs. 18, 000/- (consolidated per month).
3. Age: 30 years.
4. Place of posting will be at permanent campus Vithura/transit campus, Thiruvananthapuram.

Candidates having the prescribed qualification may attend the written test with their complete Bio-data, original certificates for educational qualification and experience along with a set of self-attested copies of all certificates on 02.08.2017
