The Institute invites applications for the following positions on contract basis:

Name of Post	Research Associate - I
Name of Project	Quantum Nonlocality and its implications for device independent technology
Funding agency	Department of Science and Technology, Government of India
Minimum Educational qualification (as prescribed by the funding agency)	Ph.D. degree in Physics/Information Theory/Mathematics. Candidate who have just submitted their Ph.D thesis may also apply.
Preference
Number of posts
Fellowship amount	47000/- + HRA p/m or as per DST norms and Guidance. Candidates who have submitted the Ph.D thesis and awaiting the award of the degree will be paid an amount of 35000/-+HRA
Tenure of the post	06-months and not extendable
Age	35 Years or below as on the closing date of application, A relaxation as per DST norms for SC/ST/OBC and women candidates.
