Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Thiruvananthapuram is a premier autonomous Institution established by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, for promotion of high quality science education and research in the country.
Institute invites applications for the following positions on contract basis:

Minimum Educational qualification ( as prescribed by the funding agency) | Master’s degree in Biology/Bioinformatics with minimum 60% marks |
Preference | Applicants should have strong programing skills in Perl /Python and knowledge of R language/Bioconductor packages. Should be proficient with Linux. Prior experience with analysing Next Generation Sequencing data and softwares like SAMtools is desirable. |
