The Institute invites applications for the following positions on contract basis

Name of Post	Project Associate - I
Name of Project	Defining the role of cell-extrinsic and cell-intrinsic factors involved in activated CD8 T cell differentiation
Funding agency	Ramalingaswami Fellowship, Department of Biotechnology
Minimum Educational qualification ( as prescribed by the funding agency)	Master’s degree
Preference	Research experience in pathogen-associated studies with experience in molecular biology and biochemistry techniques such as protein purification will be preferred.

Fellowship amount	Rs.31,000/- + HRA (Scholars who are selected through (a) CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE) (b)A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central government departments and their agencies and institutions 25,000/- + HRA for others who do not fall under (i) above.
Tenure of the post	3 years
Age	The upper age limit is 35 years on last date of application with age relaxation as per Govt. Rules.
