Recruitment for the post of Junior Research Fellow on externally funded project

The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Thiruvananthapuram is one of the premier science education and research institutes established by the Government of India in 2008 to impart high-quality education integrated with outstanding research in modern science. The Institute invites applications for the following positions on contract basis:

Minimum Educational qualification

Post Graduate Degree in Chemical Sciences with following qualification
  1. Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE
  2. The selection process through National level examinations conducted by the Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc.
Desirable qualifications Candidates with work experience in Chemistry
Number of posts 1
Fellowship amount Rs. 31000+HRA as applicable
Tenure of the post One year, extendable based on performance
Age Upper limit of 30 years with Govt. of India norms of relaxation, as applicable
