Recruitment for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) on externally funded project

The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Thiruvananthapuram is one of the premier science education and research institutes established by the Government of India in 2008 to impart high-quality education integrated with outstanding research in modern science. The Institute invites applications for the following positions on contract basis

Minimum Educational qualification
( as prescribed by the funding agency)
MSc Chemistry or equivalent with minimum 65%. SC/ST candidates 60%
Desirable qualifications (i) CSIR-UGC NET or Lectureship / GATE qualified in the last two years (ii) Prior experience in Organometallic chemistry especially Glove box handling and Schlenk techniques (iii) NMR, IR spectroscopic data analysis and routine laboratory techniques (Column Chromatography, crystallization techniques, reaction set-up)

Age 26 Years. Age relaxation for SC/ST and physically challenged candidates are applicable
