1. Junior Research Fellow / Project Assistant (Project A1) The candidate should have a minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent grade) in the qualifying degree preferably. Additional qualifications for JRF are: Post-graduate degree Biological Sciences with valid NET qualification, OR Graduate Degree in a Professional Course in Biological Sciences with NET qualification. In case a suitable candidate with the above qualifications is not found, candidates with a Post-graduate degree in Biological Sciences may be appointed as Project Assistant if selected. 2. Preference | 1. JRF / Project assistant (Project A1) Experience in field ecology and evolution studies on plant and/or animal groups is highly desirable. Work experience certificate should be provided as proof of field work experience. 2. JRF / Project assistant (Project A2) Experience in Molecular ecology tools such as DNA extraction, PCR and bioinformatics tools are highly desirable. |

Candidates can apply for more than one post if eligible but must submit applications in 2 separate emails with all documents attached. The application should contain a detailed resume, a one page statement of interest. Research experience should be supported by a certificate from the employer(s).
