Visit by Nobel laureate Prof. Morten P. Meldal
Prof. Morten Peter Meldal, Department of Chemistry, University of Copenhagen, Nobel laureate who was jointly awarded the 2022 Nobel prize in chemistry for the development of click chemistry and bioorthogonal chemistry, visited our campus on 6th February 2024.
He inaugurated the Lecture Hall Complex. This was followed by a lecture and an interactive session with the IISER TVM fraternity in the Aryabhatta auditorium.
Prof. Medal's talk was followed by an inspiring talk by Ms. Phaedria Marie St. Hilaire on women in science.
