We are pleased to announce the names of candidates shortlisted for the written test/interview for August 2014 admissions to the Ph. D. Programme in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research-Thiruvananthapuram (IISER TVM).

The short-listed candidates are required to appear for the written test and(or) interview with the following documents in original:

Print out of the online application form
IISER copy of the Powerjyoti Challan
X standard certificate
All degree certificate starting from Bachelor’s degree
Photo ID [PAN card/Voter's card/Driving License/College ID]
Mark sheet till the last semester.
National Qualifying Examination Certificate [UGC-CSIR JRF/DBT-JRF/GATE/INSPIRE-Ph.D./NBHM etc, as applicable]
SC/ST community certificate

Note:

Candidates will not be provided local accommodation and travel allowance.

Date of Written Test (Ecology and Evolution)	3 June 2014 (Forenoon)
Interview Dates	3 – 5 June, 2014
Venue	IISER TVM, Computer Science Building, College of Engineering, Sreekaryam, Trivandrum 695 016
Reporting Time (for all candidates)	9.00 A.M.

Candidates can appear for the aptitude test only for (Ecology and Evolution / Other areas of Biology). Candidates who wish to appear for the aptitude test in the other areas of Biology and not possessing a valid score in the qualifying exam will be disqualified.
