2. IISER copy of the powerjyoti Challan (only for those candidates who have not sent the same)
3. X standard certificate
4. XII standard mark sheet
5. Photo ID [PAN card/Voter's card/Driving License/College ID/Passport]
6. Mark sheet till the last semester.
7. SC/ST community certificate (if applicable)

In case item 4 cannot be produced in original, an attested photocopy must be produced for verification.
