IISER TVM invites applications for the posts of Deputy Registrar and Superintendent

1) Deputy Registrar (Finance & Accounts) - 1 No. (UR)

The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Thiruvananthapuram (IISER TVM) invites applications for the post of “Deputy Registrar (Finance & Accounts)”on direct/deputation basis.

Pay: PB3 15600-39100 with Grade Pay 7600

Age:

• Not exceeding 50 Years for direct recruitment
• Not exceeding 55 Years for deputation

Qualification: Master's degree or equivalent with at least 55% mark or its equivalent grade.

Experience:

• Officers under the Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (IITs/IISc/IISERs/NITs etc..) holding analogous position on a regular basis or with 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar (F&A) or in an equivalent post under the Central/State Governments/UT Administrations /Universities/ Recognized Research Institutions/Public Undertakings/Autonomous Organizations having experience in Accounts & Finance.
• 3 Years of administrative experience in the immediate lower cadre shall be eligible for deputation.

2) Deputy Registrar (Academics & Administration) - 1 No. (UR)

The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Thiruvananthapuram (IISER TVM) invites applications for the post of “Deputy Registrar (Academics& Administration)”on direct/deputation basis

Pay: PB3 15600-39100 with Grade Pay 7600

Age:

• Not exceeding 50 Years for direct recruitment
• Not exceeding 55 Years for deputation

Qualification: Master's degree or equivalent with at least 55% mark or its equivalent grade.

Experience:

• Officers under the Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (IITs/IISc/IISERs/NITs etc..) holding analogous position on a regular basis or with 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post under the Central/State Governments/UT Administrations /Universities/ Recognized Research Institutions/Public Undertakings/Autonomous Organizations having experience in Academics/ General Administration /Purchase & Stores/Personnel Management/Accounts & Finance.
• 3 Years of administrative experience in the immediate lower cadre shall be eligible for deputation.

3) Superintendent - 1 No. (UR)

Pay: PB-2 9300 - 34800 with Grade Pay 4200

Age: Maximum 40 Years

Mode of Selection: Direct

Qualification: First Class Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a recognized university or institute in any discipline or Master's Degree from a recognized university or institute with excellent academic record.

Experience: Five years' experience of which 3 years in the grade pay of Rs 2800/- or equivalent in the areas or functions in Office Administration/Establishment/Personnel/Facilities & Services Management /Finance & Accounts/Stores & Purchase /Engineering & Estate Management/Academic Administration (Student Affair's including Hostel Administration) in Government/Public Sector/ Autonomous Organizations or Educational/Training/Scientific R&D institutions or comparable experience in reputed firm/organization. The experience should include work in computerized office environment.
