Genome Biology workshop and course
The Genome Biology workshop and course from Jan 10-17, 2020 featured lectures by leading experts on genome engineering and dynamics, systems biology and Next Generation Sequencing (NGS). The course included a one-week experimental and computer lab module where participants learnt how to perform full genome assembly and analyse genome variation from NGS data. The event was co-organized by IISER Thiruvananthapuram, Heidelberg University and Stanford University.
