PhD position is available in my group in the interdisciplinary areas of theoretical sciences: Physical Chemistry, Chemical and Biological Physics. For Ph.D. admissions, there are two main routes:
1. If you have your own fellowships for a Ph.D. program- (CSIR-JRF, UGC-JRF, DBT-JRF etc), you can apply at any time of the year via the 'direct' route. In that, you may write me an email mentioning your research interests and tentative timeline for joining. I will forward your application to the school of Chemistry.
2. You may also apply via the 'regular' routes( (a) and (b)) which is by applying directly to IISER TVM when there is a call for applications. In that, there will be shortlisting based on application and shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
(a) Through School of Chemistry
(b) Through Centre for HIgh Performance Computing (CHPC): Students with Master's in Chemistry and Physics are welcome
